WPML String translations Not Working with Theme.

Hi
I want to use theme in several languages.
I chose the module WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML String Translation.
then I scanned String and I translated a few words, but the translated words do not appear on the site.

where did I go wrong? what I have to do?

Hello,

1) First of all, go to Theme options > Header builder > edit Search element and translate it there http://prntscr.com/q2ub5x

2) Go to Theme options > Header builder > edit All departments element and translate it there http://prntscr.com/q2u8xx

3) To translate these texts to other languages use String translator http://prntscr.com/q2uwak
