  Hello,

  We don’t have such a hover type for the product categories. All the available settings for the categories you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Categories http://prntscr.com/pspaeu
  If you want exactly the same effect as on example you can try to implement this by additional customization if you have CSS skills.

  You can use child theme style.css to add the custom CSS.
