Kirki Plugin causing blank product pages

Hi, as the title says, this plugin is specifically causing problems whereby it loads a blank page for products after a considerable wait. If I disable Kirki the whole of my build goes nuts… Please can you advise as I spent considerable time updating everything today and would hate to have to rollback to a backup… 🙂

Hello,

Looks that problem appears only if variation swatches are enabled. Do you plan to use this XStore feature? Could you provide FTP access to your site to check problem in more details?
Could you provide us also with the server error log?

Your products have a lot of variations and if you keep variation swatches enabled on grid http://prntscr.com/pbtkce it requires a lot of the resources and related products that have these variations on grid cause the page crash. At the same time, your server does not fully meet theme requirements http://prntscr.com/pbt812 So, try to update server limits to min required or disable swatches on grid http://prntscr.com/pbu1gj
Besides I don’t think that this long list of the variations will look nice http://prntscr.com/pbu23a for the product grid

Hi, thanks for this. I need to use variation swatches for some of my variables.

I have double checked my settings for memory etc and it should be fine. (Please see private content area)

I have disabled swatches on shop page.

Hello,

Now if we enable the variation swatches option everything is ok, there is no problem with product editing. We have created test products and changed type of your variations http://prntscr.com/pcwx2u if you prefer the different type of variation swatches or want to change it back to select just edit the attribute and change type back.
Also, if you want to disable variation swatches for the grid don’t hide it using display:none http://prntscr.com/pcwuvp disable it using Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) -> Shop elements -> Variation swatches https://prnt.sc/pcwvpp
