    after modification woocommerce- setting-product- selection of the shop page, the layout of my products have changed.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that “Header over the content” is disabled in Theme Options > Header > Header styles.

    No, this option is not disabled on your site – http://prntscr.com/ox9nvp Please check.
    Also, go to Edit Shop page and disable the overlap also (should be unselected – http://prntscr.com/ox9oic)
    Remove content from your shop page (Boutique) http://prntscr.com/ox9oug Products on the shop page are shown automatically. You have duplication of products on the Shop page wight now – https://prnt.sc/ox9p9z
