    Hello,

Could you provide screenshots of sliders that have a problem? We checked your site and all the images displayed on the mobile version.

    Regards

    Hello,

Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

    Hi.
I tried everything and then I also updated the plugins.
Finally, when updating the theme, the web has been broken … private.

    Hello,

If you got that error it means you updated the XStore core plugin but did not update theme. Before every core plugin update we would recommend you to check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and you’ll find that you need to update not just XStore core plugin but XStore theme first. Any core plugin update requires theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.

So, update your theme to version 5.6 first and after that proceed with the XStore core plugin update. After that clear plugin and browser cache. If you have any issues with sliders after the theme and plugin update provide screenshots or video, tell me what device you use. Because we did not see any issues using our mobile devices.

    Regards

    Hello,

Please, read what the FTP is https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/what-is-ftp-and-how-do-i-use-it/

We don’t need any accesses to cPanel or domain panel. We need FTP. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP if you don’t have it.

    Hello,

We were able to update theme via Dashboard auto-update without FTP. Check the site and let me know if you have any issues.

    Hello,

Could you explain me using screenshots what exactly is wrong? I don’t see problems on your site https://gyazo.com/54fbfa8c71606e74327dca717e772a10
Provide screenshots of the elements that do not work as they should.

    Hello,

Looks that problem appears for the unlogged in users because of the WP Minify plugin. I have disabled plugin and don’t see this issue. Check now.

    Hello,

Problem with slider appears because of the js error in console https://prnt.sc/owk0df
Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme including cache plugin and check your site. Do you still have that error in console?
Because we can’t reproduce it on our test installation and on your site we face it randomly. Looks that some third-party plugin causes it.

    Regards
