Hello,

Oh, I did not understand you because the problem is not related to the menu itself, the problem is that the product category page did not work. It was because of the PHP Memory limit, check the server error log https://prnt.sc/olwxub
I have increased the PHP Memory limit via wp-config.php http://prntscr.com/olx047 Check the product category page now.

Hello,

As a rule, we get requests about the menu in the context of the opening the toggle (arrow at the right side). You did not mention that the link does not work that’s why we did not understand the problem from the very beginning. Anyway, I have fixed the problem with the PHP memory limit (the server settings that are not related to our theme!) once you explained in more details https://gyazo.com/1559140737776caf5d47b68c710d9cf0

Probably you are not the native English speaker and it’s a little bit difficult for us to understand your messages, so we would be very grateful if you could add the screenshot with detailed information or maybe send us the video of the issue next time to avoid spending of your time.
