  Hi there,

  I am having an issue with my website, whereby the banner image will not load on this page https://www.chillizone.com.au/product-category/event-furniture-hire/

  I have made sure that the theme and xtheme plugin are up to date.

  Whenever I try to add an image by editing the category, I also receive an error message – “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”

  My logins are in the private content area.

  Are you able to help me locate the issue?

  Hello,

  1) You have disabled required plugin – Custom Metaboxes (CMB2) that adds the field to upload category heading image.
  2) Images used before probably was removed from the media gallery because we did not find it. We used another image that you uploaded to media and did not face any issue with this.
