Tyler I try Loco, but nothing happens, po and mo are in the right place, syncro etc.
can i change this word by php ???

Hello,

It is not recommended to change texts directly in php files.
As I can see, your translation files of the theme are in 3 places http://prntscr.com/o8jgdk , you need to have xstore-fr_FR.po, xstore-fr_FR.mo in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder only.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide temporary FTP access, so I can regenerate .pot file for you.

You provided cPanel link instead of FTP host. Please, provide me access to your FTP (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password) and we’ll check the problem more deeply.
