Hello I updated my theme today and now my site will not load it just shows the load icon on a white screen – so i disabled all plugins and narrowed it down to the Redux Framework plugin. Any ideas what is happening? This is the link

    Hello,

Have you also updated the XStore core plugin to version 1.2.2?

Provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

What PHP version do you use?
Also, there is an error on your site http://prntscr.com/nvy1u1 , contact your hosting provider and increase PHP Memory limit.

Please check one more time – http://prntscr.com/nvy5kw
Or you can delete the plugin and install the latest version via Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Hello Rose
I updated my php settings and memory settings – my host only allows up to 256MB for php memory but that did not do the trick. you can see my settings in the PCA. I have noticed if i disable Redux it will load
it is super slow but it loads without my styles of course. this just happened when I was doing updates, before that it looked perfect – thankfully the site is not live but my concern is with the future updates when the site does go live I will have issues

Hello were you able to login to the dashboard? I disabled redux so that the site will load but the issue is still there so if you could help that would be great:)

    Hello,

You’ve reached PHP memory limit and this caused a fatal error on the site.
You need to contact your hosting provider to find out what process requires a lot of memory.
Once we disable some of plugins, the problem is gone, but there should be a better solution.
Our theme with bundled plugins does not require a lot of memory, so you need to explore the situation more deeply from the server side.

    Regards

Hi Rose, I am only using the plugins that came with the theme and this was all working until the update so unfortunately, I would like to request a refund since you cannot resolve the issue and I cannot use the theme properly. Please let me know how to process that I used theme forest to purchase.

    Hello,

We did not change any things that may affect using the PHP memory. We would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to find the process that causes this issue. But if you don’t want we are ready to give you refund. You can submit refund request here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    Hello,

Theme purchase code is registered, so you should have access to plugins that come bundled with XStore theme https://www.8theme.com/downloads
What plugins do you have there? Provide me screenshot, please.

The downloads screen is not showing the most recent version of the XStore Core https://prnt.sc/nxioaf
I am showing there are more recent versions in wp – additionally the WPBakery Page Builder is not the most recent version.
    https://prnt.sc/nxipzu

I am having an issue when trying to change the menu styling – when I use the xstore dashboard options it does not work (i am trying to make the menu background solid yellow)
however when I try to set it in the customize theme menu styles it looks corret but when I select publish it gives this error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.” https://prnt.sc/nxiszl

can you tell me what is causing this please:)

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) The latest version is 1.2.2 and it’s available http://prntscr.com/nxj1g2
    WPBakery – updated.

    2) I don’t see any error while saving options http://prntscr.com/nxj6c2
But you are using the Cloudflare and it caches the file with all the options /wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css So, either prevent it from caching or enable Dev Mode in CloudFlare options to disable caching while you develop the site. Or clear CDN cache every time you make style changes in Theme Options.

    Regards
