Issue installing - by peter88uk - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    We’ve tried running the theme setup on a completely new copy of wordpress – but it keeps stalling on the ‘Importing demo content…
    Please wait, it may take up to 2 minutes.’ – it’s been half an hour. I started all over again and it did exactly the same thing.

    I’ve noticed both times that although it says ‘success’ when installing the required plugins it only actually installs cmb2, et-core and redux. No woocommerce etc.

    Any ideas?

    Managed to force it through and got the other extentions installed. Will check it over.

    Hello,

    Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails, you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Try to install demo content from XStore > Import Demos.
    Let us know the result.
    If you need any further assistance, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
