  Good day!
  Xstore Core 1.2.2 Update Problem can not be fixed:
  After updating this plug-in, the update request appears again and again. In the Details and description of the plug-in, a blank page opens and there is nothing. I tried to deactivate and reload the plug-in – the same result. Switching from the child theme to the parent and updating the plug-in also did not help!

  We have tried FTP access to connect to your server and seems you give access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/nsett3 We need access to your WP installation.

  Our developers have made some changes on our side. Please try to update the plugin one more time.
  If this doesn’t help, provide correct wp-admin and FTP access.
