Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

1), 2) Read more about bundled plugins https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration.
The latest versions of the premium plugins that have been included in the XStore package can be located on the Downloads page.

3) We’ll release a new update soon. Meanwhile, you may ignore this message and just dismiss it.
