Related products don't show correct

Hello there,

My related products don not seem to show correct. Can you advise me how to change this?

Hello there,

Thanks for being our customer. If you are talking about the price and product title display https://gyazo.com/94bc47c77b21980e0efb4396765e6780, please make sure if you haven’t changed any css, or use any external plugin with our theme.

If no plugins conflict with our theme, check how it looks with default Woocommerce theme activated.

You may also attach your WP-admin details so we may check.

Hi Martijn,

have you been able to select specific products to show in the Related Products carousel? I’m struggling a bit, cause WooCommerce seems to display randomly selected products despite the fact that I’ve submitted specific products in the WooCommerce dashboard

I know this page 😉
First thing that pops up: “Note: related products, up-sells and cross-sells are all sorted randomly.”

I’m looking for a way to not have this sorted randomly but in fact specify products…

EDIT: what I’m actually looking for, is a cross-sell widget in the single products page editor (already using all of my customer HTML blocks). I’ll create a feature request

Hello,

You may try a third-party plugin to choose custom related products, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wt-woocommerce-related-products/

You are using single product layout without sidebar so go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > change location of the Upsells http://prntscr.com/t0b2cz
