    Hi, we have a problem on the home page our web site, we can not save, this is the message is

    Gone
    The requested resource
    /wp-admin/post.php
    is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please remove
    all references to this resource.

    Hello,

    Check .htaccess file and remove any problematic rules. Seems you have some limits there. This issue is not related to our theme.

    Hello,

    1) You provided cPanel link instead of FTP host. cPanel it’s not the FTP!
    2) We can’t sign in to cPanel using these credentials. The login is invalid.
    3) Provide us correct FTP host, username and pass.

    Hello,

    Password on your screenshot includes 12 symbols but you provided 15 in Private content area (including white space). So, you provided an incorrect password to me. Please, check it!

    Hello,

    Can you try to connect to FTP using the pass that you provided by copy/paste? Don’t use your saved connection but try the credentials from our topic.
    You provided the same password and it still does not work. Maybe try to generate the new pass? Or create the new user just for our support, don’t know. We can’t connect to your FTP and just spend the time.
