    Hello,
I’m having a weird malfunction here:

    – I defined my Product attributes to work with Variation Swatches (with small images). Everything created and defined, I found my Variation Swatches only working perfectly on Single Product Page (not working on product sliders or Shop Main Page).

The weird is that some products (sometimes) work, others don’t.
I reduced the images, I tried square and round ones… but no success at all.

I looked on the forum, but didn’t find the same problem….

My web-site is still on staging phase, but I’m struggling a lot with that.

    Could anyone please help me?

    Thanks a lot,

    Manuel

    Hello,

Your problem is a bit unclear for me, on first sight, all works fine. Please describe it in more details with screenshots.

    Hello, thanks for your response.

What I mean, in short words, is that Swatches work always good in single Product Page, but in the Shop main page or in a Product slider, with some articles yes, others don’t.

Product Slider (but the same happens on Shop Main Page):

    Product Slider

I cannot see why. Firstly I thought was the square form not working, but as you can see, there’s no relationship with the form or number of Swatches.

    Thanks you for your help.

    Hello,

Try to disable 3-rd party plugins to be sure that no one of the additon plugins causes the problem.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.

    I found the problem:

I have a lot of different attributes (patterns) in my products (+40).

    patherns

I realize they only work if they are less than 10. 🙁

    As an example:

    – if I have an article with 3 patterns 01|06|14, I am only able to select pattern 01 and 06, if I click pattern 14, nothing happens (I mean, clicking on the swatches)

Is it possible to correct it and be able to have more than 10 attributes working?

    Thanks a lot,

    Manuel

    Hello,

I gave you ftp access in Private.
    I tried, meanwhile, changing the name 01, 02, 03… to P01, P02, P03…. and it works.
So, the bug is to have numeration (over 10).

Just remember I’m talking about my Staging 1 site and not the live one.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your report.
Our developers will fix this problem in one of the next theme updates. There is no ready solution for now, unfortunately.

    Thank you very much!

I managed (for now) using alphanumeric names, lost a big time, but is working.

Thanks for taking note of this bug, it will be very good to have it solved,, in the next.

    My best regards,

    Manuel
