  Hello,

  Hope you can help.
  I have the demo ‘Support Chat” link on my homepage. However when you click on it nothing happens.
  I know there is an option to have the support chat open all the time on the homepage, however I don’t want that. I would like to when the customer clicks on the support chat link, it then shows up…

  is that possible?

  Hello,

  You need change the settings for Screets Chat plugin. Go to Chat Console > Options > General Settings > uncheck “Always show in homepage” if you don’t want it to be displayed on the Home page.

  Hi,

  Yes I know that.
  But on the demo Footer1, they is a link saying “support chat”

  But when I click on the link it doesn’t bring up the chat.

  I only want the chat to show when someone clicks on the link

  Is that possible?
