  I can’t find anywhere the topic of how to enable cross-seeling and up-selling for Xstore > Woocommerce. I have the Products>Link Products> Cross-sells filled with the items > Updated – but they don’t show up in the cart when testing. I’m thinking I’m missing an enable button/feature on the theme or products page attributes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  Hello,

  Thanks for using our theme.
  There are no additional settings for Cross-sells products in Theme Options.
  Please update the theme to the latest version (5.1.3, Dashboard > Updates and press Force Check button. The new version should appear at the list of available themes).
  If the required products don’t appear on cart page after the update, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
  Also, please check if you have the same problem with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check).
