  Hi, When you choose the size / dimensions of a product, it only accompanies the shopping cart and the cashier. But then disappears. So there is nothing in the confirmation. which makes the orders wrong.

  Hello,

  2 and 3 screenshots are same.
  Please check how this works with default WC theme – Storefront. We are able to help only in case problem relates to our theme.

  Hello,

  Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. Test the order with the default theme. If the same issue persists then contact WooCommerce plugin support because we won’t be able to help. If problem appears only when our theme is activated and everything works fine with the default WC theme then reply back and provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
