X-Store Theme Upgrade – Blank White Front End Screen

Hello,

I updated the X-Store Theme (Corporate) installed on my WordPress site and updated the bundled plugins that came with it. However, even though on the WordPress dashboard I can see my pages and edit them, I only see a BLANK WHITE SCREEN on the frontend.

Please help. Why is the X-Store theme giving so many problems with the recent multiple updates? This is the THIRD time I’ve experienced issues with the X-Store theme as I’ve used it on two other websites – with each of them displaying DIFFERENT issues.

Hello,

We have removed some headers types in 5.0 version of our theme because they were very similar and seems you used one of the removed headers. Please, edit pages and choose the header type that suits your needs.

5.0 is the major update and we even announced the beta version of theme to allow users to test it on the dev sites before the production site update. That’s why you faced some inconvenience after update from old 4.x version to 5.x version, we improved a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

Check site now and let me know if you would like to change anything?

Hello Olga,

Thanks for your response. I’m now seeing my internal pages on the front end, but my front page is almost blank except for 1 image.

Can you explain why?

Try to clean browser and plugin cache.
