Problem with mobile menu navigation - by animaliaoutlet

I have a problem with the mobile navigation menu, after installing WPML, the mobile menu doesn’t work, it shows the elements but it’s impossible to click on them.

I saw that you can fix the bug if you go to Theme option> Header Settings> Enable Top Bar/Enable Top LInks (Register | Sign in). And when those links are in the mobile menu, all the others elements works perfectly, the links for “Account” and “register” doesn’t work.

But I don’t want those links in my menus, and I don’t want to show the top bar.

How can I fix it ? Or if you want my FTP and WP access to find the bug. I’ll give it to you. I need to fix that today cause my clients needs to use the mobile website.

Hello,

I’ve temporarily disabled MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin and this solves the problem.
This problem appears in the console http://prntscr.com/kt67ar If you did not edit this js file, it would be better to contact the plugin author about this problem.

On my mobile phone it doesn’t work. I can even uninstall MailChimp for WC ?

I do not see the problem on my mobile.
Have you cleared cache of browser on your mobile? Try to check from another device.

We tried on a iPhone and a Samsung S8, and on the both it doesn’t work. We can’t click on all the items “A propos; Boutique; Connexion; Contact; Inscription; Mon compte; Notre vision; Panier”. But if i enable Register|Sign in links in top bar. It solves the problem…

It’s ok ! I fixed the bug, that was the search bar widget in the mobile lateral bar area who mades problems.

I remove and replace it, and now all works perfectly.
