Where is Footer sourced for Products pages

Thanks Rose, but I’ve not been able to find this in Theme options or Widgets, where is it located?

Thanks Rose, I’ve checked this but the pages and posts have the right footer, it’s the shop and products which don’t. Where do they get their footers from?

Do I need to change the footer for every product and shop page? Is there not a global setting for a static footer in the shop?

Have you updated the woocommerce files on our site? I noticed some styling changes and so have uploaded my old style.css which has corrected many, however, things such as link colours and the main Raleway font seem to be missing. Also, on FTP, there are two folders wooprtess and woopress4ver , the active theme seems to be in woopress4ver, however, when in admin the theme showing is still numbered as 2.8 and not ver 4, so I’m confused if the theme has actually been updated?

Currently there is no color showing for hyperlinks in body text, also the Raleway font is not an available option in the theme admin, it is currently set to georgia.

can you help with these please?

I can see that folder /woopressver4 is still version 2.8 even after I uploaded it from your resources area, https://werone.co/eng/wp-admin/themes.php?theme=woopress4ver

Where am I to find version 4 woopress please?

Yes, I download from themeforest, the file name is always the same , is this right?

hi Rose, I’ve managed to update the site theme to 4.4 (without child)

I have a problem with the root site domain https://werone.co/, not finding the new home page https://werone.co/eng/home which the theme has created.

I’ve tried many things in htaccess, but the problem persists, is there some setting in the new theme for this routing?

Also, tried pointing the error page there in htaccess.

btw, where is your error page generated from? I have a custom error page with useful links on it here: (work in progress) https://werone.co/eng/page-not-found

Thanks Olga,

I set that and now the home is https://werone.co/eng which is what I wanted

However, the links on site to Home in the top menu, lead to this page:
https://werone.co/eng/home

Which is slightly diferrent, how can that be?

Thanks Rose, can’t believe I forgot that 🙂

Can you also help with another issue? Since upgrading the theme to 4.4, Some customers are reporting that the website doesn’t look right (it seems that stylesheets (eg style.css) and resources aren’t loading. )

UPDATE:
I’ve since disabled a plug-in (WP-Disable) which disables resources to speed the site up, it must have been limiting the css files

Hi Rose,

Would you know anything about Internal Server Error from these error logs?

I Installed Breeze cache plugin,
https://wordpress.org/plugins/breeze/#installation

it immediately broke site (Internal Server Error). So Renamed Breeze Plugin folders, still broken. I Suspected .htaccess and wp_config.php in /Eng/ folder (site root), but they seem ok.

I’ve checked this eng/htaccess is unchanged, also eng/wp_config.php looks ok and checked htaccess in the root
