  I am running the latest version of WP Bakery on my website. From my homepage, when I click on “Edit with WP Bakery page builder” from top of my dashboard, the page goes white and shows a white WP Bakery logo (white chef’s hat) in the center of the page but does not allow me to edit or work with my page at all. I have tried going in through the page from the admin panel and clicking on the “frontend editor” button but I get the same result.

  Hello,

  Do you use the latest version of Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin?
  Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

  Hello,

  Unfortunately, I can’t login. Please check the credentials.
  Also, make sure that your PHP memory limit is no less than 128MB. If you use Ultimate Addons plugin, update it to latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
