Hi,

I’ve just purchased Xstore and notice some of the plugins are out of date. The support documentation says that we should visit the download plugins area which I notice that some of the plugins are well out of version. When do the plugins get updated please?

Hello,

If you use the latest version of the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/, go to Plugins > deactivate and delete premium plugins that need to be updated > go to Appearance > Install plugins and install latest versions of required plugins.
Also, you can let us know names of required plugins and we will send archives of latest versions on your registration email.

Your WPBakery Page Builder plugin is out of date, as well as quite a few other plugins. Can you please update the Plugin download facility you’ve provided for your customers as this is the approved method in your support dicumnetation.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our content manager is on vacation. New versions of plugins will be uploaded on the Downloads page within this week.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access and we will update plugins on your site.

You can just send us the plugins as we do not provide ftp access to production sites.
