  Hello,

  A few weeks back we successfully updated to the latest theme on our test site but today I have copied all files across via FTP on our real site but something has gone wrong as I am unable to access admin and the site is not showing up at all either. I have a backup but wondered if you could look into what went wrong with the update please? All details in private content below.

  As I haven’t got a reply back, I have temporarily reverted the site back to 1.7.1 so that we don’t lose any sales. When you get a chance to have a look, perhaps you can help us to update to the latest version of the theme. It’s quite a jump, so I expect that’s why the site is breaking.

  Hello,

  We have updated theme for you. Your white screen issue was caused by classico-child/framework/theme-functions.php. We have renamed that file. If you want to change theme functions you don’t need to copy theme-functions.php file into child, copy function that you want to change and add it to functions.php if the child theme to change.
