  Hi there,

  I noticed that my webshop is not sending emails from woocommerce. NOt to customer and not to admin. The theme is on version 4.23.1

  The strange thing is that the same website on a previous theme version is sending the emails from woocommerce. That webshop is on theme version: 4.21.1

  I can’t fix it… Can you help me with this problem? How is it possible that WooCommerce doesn’t send emails at all? Gravity Forms is working well.

  The webshop on the previous theme version: 4.21.1 is: kamado.twostepdev.nl

  You cannot see the ‘new’ webshop, because that is only visible when changing host file.

  Hello,

  Please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if emails work fine with the official WC theme. Reply back with results.

  Hmm, still not sending emails..

  Same plugins are on kamado.twostepdev.nl webshop..

  What could be the problem?

  We are theme support and we can help you with issues related strictly to our theme. If some default functions do not work for you even with default theme you need to contact WC support or your hosting provider.
