Theme Options gets blank (disappear) - by webmarka

Hi, Just installed Royal theme v4.4 (was an upgrade from v1.7.1).
The Theme Options page isn’t working well. Every time I click “Save Changes”, options disappear.
It gets all blank, or sometimes a demo option appear.

No error in the PHP errors logs.

Hello,

Please check what errors do you have in the browser console.
Have you tried to disable all 3-rd-party plugins?
Also, enable WP debug mode to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what you need to fix.

Thank you, I finally managed to get it to work by changing theme folder rights and disabling some plugins on the site. Will take a look at console if it happen again.

But now my problem is that I want to deploy the website in production (was in a dev environment) but since we had to reinstall it many times, I get this message when trying to activate it :

You have reached activation number limit.

Could you please reset my licence / counter or something like that so I could finally install this on the real website ? Below is my Item Purchase Code.

Super, thanks! I think the problem about the settings page was because of an image that was not in https (your ad banner) and was causing Firefox an error.

Finally, the problem was because of PHP max_input_vars directive.

Had to modify it to be higher than 1000 in php.ini / .htaccess.

php_value max_input_vars 5000

You should add this in your requirements doc about the theme.
