  When I go to Appearance > Customize. The Customizer never loads.

  Any ideas how to fix that?

  I have the Customizer working now.

  I cannot however get Static Blocks to work correctly. When I choose a block to edit, I am not seeing the Visual Composer.

  Hello,

  I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
  To get VC editor shown for static blocks go to wp dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static blocks”.
