Brand Search - by kvaugust - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello. I see the error “No products were found” when I click on the brand names in both my menu and widget side panels. More specifically, some brand names will populate a page with SOME of the products for that brand (https://www.elegantress.com/brand/nine-west/), but some brand names will give me the error listed above(https://www.elegantress.com/brand/chanel/). Please give me your assistance.

Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
Is your problem solved?
If not, try to resave settings in wp-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks and provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.
