    Hello! I would like to know why on the category page the products have stopped displaying?

    Hello,

    What version of parent theme do you use? Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site to find out why you have this issue with product categories.

    Theme Version: 4.12
    Access to admin panel and FTP in private content

    Follow our documentation to update theme http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and plugins http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update. Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
