  Hi,
  My country do not have town or city for address. The checkout page prompt the following error message when made payment via paypal.

  BILLING TOWN / CITY is a required field.

  SHIPPING TOWN / CITY is a required field.

  Please let me know how to made TOWN / CITY not mandatory for shipping and billing address, and let the payment go thru using paypal payment method.
