  Dear Sir/Madame,

  We are facing a redirect problem when we are trying to complete an order through bank payment in this website https://electro-home.gr

  The payment process stays frozen in the redirect screen and never proceeds to the bank gateway. (i am attaching a print screen https://electro-home.gr/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/payment-gateway-problem.jpg)

  For the time being we have disable auto redirect so you wont be able to see the problem.

  We have contacted the creator of the plugin and has informed us that is conflict created by the theme.

  Is there anyway we can solve this?

  Hello,

  To check if situation relates to theme, you need activate default WC theme – Storefront on your site and check the problem. Please check it and let us know result. Then provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content, so we could check what can be done to help you.

  Sorry for the late reply,

  After several tests and contacting the plugin author, it was a caching problem not having to do with the theme.
