Problems with variable products - by Immograf

Hello,

We have developed a woocommerce with your template and the problem we are having is that when we create a variable product, after select the option you want (the size in this case) the price doesn’t appears… We have detected that if we change the price in one of the options of size the problem gets solved, but we have the same price for all the sizes, so we don’t know how can we solve it.

Could you help us?

Hello,

Please check the situation with default WC theme – Storefront. Let me know result.
You use 3.0.2.1 theme version, it is old version, so please update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

Hello again,

I have just done it but I still having the same problem. The issue is that if all the prices of variable products are the same the price doesn’t appears…

Do you mean that with default theme you have the same problem or you updated theme and all plugins without success?
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

Yes, I updated theme and plugins and I still having the same problem. I give you the acces in the private content.

Hello,

When parent theme is activated the problem is solved https://prnt.sc/h7dl2x so it relates to changes that you made in child theme. Also, you have this notice http://prntscr.com/h7dmey about outdated files in your child theme to solve this you need to compare 2 files and add the missing code to your child theme file.

Hello,

No, the problem stills happening. In this position appears the price range, but when you select a product, the final price of this product appears near the button “añadir al carrito”. You can see here> http://www.immograf.com/clients/mondiyu/a%c3%b1adir-carrito.png

As I told you in my last emails if you change the price of one of the sizes of the same product the problem gets solved, but we need to have the same price to all the sizes. The problem is because all the sizes have the same price.

So, the problem stills happening with both templates. If you compare two different products you’ll see it.

Sorry, but the problem is bit unclear for me.
Please provide me screenshots of the problem with our theme and screenshots the same situation when default theme Storefront activated on your site if the price works fine with the default theme.
