Upsell Products not appearing in the single product page

I am not seeing Upsell Products appear on my Single Product page. I have linked products selected, and I have the “show upsell products” turned to Yes in theme options. But the upsell items aren’t appearing in the product sidebar.

Please select page layout with sidebar in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/h4s4ar

I’ve done that. I have the one selected with the sidebar supposed to be appearing on the right.
