X-Store installation - by Losgabs - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

i just installed xstore in my wordpress site, but something went wrong I think it doesn’t work properly.
There where a previously theme installed and maybe there is a conflict. I imported the default template but it didn’t create all the pages. For example the shop page. I have some products but not the page to show them. And when i click on a product the web site goes to blog page not to the single product page.
Could you check what’s wrong?

Hello,

Go to Woocommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > set Shop page http://prntscr.com/h1prug

Hi,

Your answer is not helpful. I wrote u to check the web site cause i notice that doesn’t work very well. There are several problems. Not only this.
btw I’ve already tried to do what you suggest but doesn’t work cause the page i set as shop page became not clickable.

Please can you check why the theme is not working?

Hello,

1) No, you did not set the shop page http://prntscr.com/h1r7px
2) You don’t need to add Products VC element to your shop page because it will display products by default if you set correct WC settings.
3) If you use WPML plugin and have the store you should also install WooCommerce WPML to translate products.
4) The problem caused by Centraledellafrutta plugin and your product page does not work even with default theme when this plugin is enabled. Once I disable plugin everything works fine with both XStore and default theme.
