  I purchased twice license for the same Xstore theme, the first license never work when I activate then I purchased second license and now the second license reach to limit cause every time we update the theme it ask for license.
  My site not working at this time due to reach limit and 1 license not working, I did contact your support long time for this issues and also contacted Envato for this issues too , Envato blame to 8theme and 8theme blame for Envato.
  Please check on private box for license detail, I need this issues serve as urgent please

  Hello,

  1) You can use 1 license for the 1 project only. I have checked your second license and see that you tried to activate it more than for 1 project that’s why you saw that message about the limit.
  2) I checked your second license and don’t see any problems with activation. It’s normal license.

  So, use these 2 licenses for the different projects that you have and you won’t face the problem.
