  Hi there, since setup our client has been using child theme, no customisations have been made! We are getting close to a launch once we work out bulk import of products.

  With regards to the theme updates, I have manually gone in and updated the theme however as it’s not working from WP admin.

  The error we get is:
  Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
