After updating legenda, (still uses invalid core files for wp, which i have read you post that it is not much of an issue) I have experienced this issue with product category descriptions.

Notice: wp_editor() was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 3.9! TinyMCE editor IDs cannot have brackets. in /home/site/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3318

If I have a description typed in, and try to insert a link the page breaks. I cannot close the popup window for the page without refreshing. When trying to click X on the box my console displays

    TypeError: wpLink.textarea is undefined

Im not sure if this is related to the template or not, as I was made aware of this error after we updated Legenda to 2.4. Any information you can provide will certainly help narrow this problem down.

Disabling Visual Editor via profile removes this error, but the functionality of the error (inability to navigate the link popup) remains the same.

Disabled all Plugins, still receive the error.

Upon enabling the 2014 theme this entire description field disappears.

Seemingly implying that this error is theme based, because the only way to gain access to that description field is through Legenda theme being active.

Final Update, When I mention Description field above, I mean Category Header.

This functionality seems to only be broken on the Category Headers of in Categories only, the error does not occur on any other page.
