    Hi there,

I’m using visual composer with Classico, as part of this great theme. It’s great but something goes wrong when I try to update the page / post : modifications are perfectly done in the “editing area” but nothing happens in the preview (for a draft), or if I try to update an already published page. I don’t see where the problem comes from.

    Thank you for your help,
    Anne-Solange

    Hello,

Please make sure that you use the latest plugin versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Do you face the problem with default theme?
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem.
Also, please provide me full access to wp-admin.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
You need update theme, download new theme version on ThemeForest https://themeforest.net/item/classico-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/11024192?s_rank=4. Log in to your account and go to the Downloads area. Then follow the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#theme_installation_and_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

Do you have this VC issue with our theme or with Storefront theme too?

    Regards
