On my site Phasevi.com, our customers have been experiencing issues with their downloadable products not being able to download after their paypal purchase since the last wordpress/woocommerce/royal theme update. It was working fine back in March but as business started to pickup, it has now become a hassle to send each individual their digital product along with an apology. I have corresponded with Paypal and WooCommerce about this issue and both companies state that it is a compatibility issues between woo commerce and the royal them. can you please check my website to see what the issue is. We have a lot of digital products we want to sell but are unable to because of this issue.
