  Hello!

  I am working with the main menu and can´t get any category or product to show. I always get 404 error. I have tried deleting the whole menu and reordering categories again. Also changing de display drop down options but without any luck.

  I hope wou can help me out.

  Is your problem solved?
  If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save changes then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example. http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit
