Hello,
I am using the royal theme and would like to know how these 4 products have listed the ones below the slider on one row?(http://preview.themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/8611976) which element was used and the settings I am trying to achieve this with the products and making it 1 row but my fourth product is underneath the top 3.
Thank you for the response but just what element is being used here, I am using woo-commerce and what element are you using with for “products”. I see this has the visual composer logo but I don’t see this element.

Hello, I had purchased the extended version but I am already running the regular license how can I go about uploading the extended version and making sure all of my updates stay the same and updating the theme? is this something you can do for me since I have purchased support?
PLease move or copy all your midifications to the chil theme. Then save theme options in themeoptions->import/export and update theme to the latest version. The misconfiguration can be caused by outdated theme files or plugins. We may update theme for you confirm in case the backup is created.

Max mulins
