Where to download Royal theme updates? - by MaryAnne

I’ve logged in with my account which (back in 2015) purchased the Royal theme. I understand I need to update the theme in order to successfully update to WooCommerce 3.x, but I have been unable to locate where to download the update.

I checked under Our Support|Download Plugins, but the only thing listed there is a Royal Child Theme (containing a handful of files), a bunch of PSDs, and some other unrelated purchases.

Where is the correct place to download Royal Theme updates?

Also, I don’t even see Royal Theme for sale any more under Themes|WordPress Themes – is it deprecated?

Rose Tyler, I see you have responded to other posts on this forum but not this inquiry. Can you please assist with helping me find out why Royal theme updates do not show up as an available Download for me?

I have attached my purchase code as private content to this message. Please do let me know if there is something amiss with my license. Thanks, I appreciate your time!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
You can find the latest version of the Royal theme on ThemeForest where you bought it https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976?s_rank=7
Log in to your account and go to the Downloads area.

Then follow the documentation to update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
After update go to Theme Options and use your TF purchase code to activate theme.

I have done this. It shows only Visual Composer: Page Builder for WordPress. The filter is set to “All marketplaces”.

According to the current Royal license, my purchase code (previously attached) should entitle me to updates forever. My records (from prior developer) indicate the purchase code I have attached is the one associated with Royal, and I have previously updated Royal without difficulty in downloading the bits. I see this code as already associated with my account on this page:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Is there some way to verify this purchase code is still active?
If it is, can you help me diagnose why it is not showing up under Downloads, or provide an alternate mechanism to download?

Hello,

I checked your code and it’s ok. Are you sure that you trying to download theme from here https://themeforest.net/downloads ? Because on this page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ we provide just the list of included plugins but not theme update. Theme archive you can get from ThemeForest only.
If you have any troubles with your TF account and don’t see our item in the list of purchases you need to contact Envato support to solve the situation.
