  Hi There
  My client has updated her wordpress to version 4.7.4 and the woocommerce is on version 3.0.
  But now we have just noticed that the product tags in both the admin area and the front end are no longer working.
  I have taken a manual ftp backup of the whole site and also a seprate copy of the database.
  Please can you help?

  Hello,

  You need update theme to 3.0.1 version.
  The latest theme version you can download on Themeforest https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976?s_rank=3
  It is compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.1.
  You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
  Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
  Also, update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

  Hi Rise
  Many thanks for this. Is there any chance I can get you to this for me. I have had bad experiences before thrying to update theme and Visual composer via FTP and everything went badly wrong.

  Hi Rose
  Are you still working on the wesbsite, as I have noticed that the two areas of the footer have disappeared?
  You can see the original design for the footers from my original test-website where I built the site before going live, see the private area.
