Hi,

I have a website http://www.vapepoint.co.uk. I tried to update the store theme to the latest version and the theme is now broken. The homepage images are incorrectly sized, there is no banner as there was previously (rev slider) and the layout has been lost. Please help to rectify?

Hello,

Please, contact your hosting provider to solve the problems with your server. I can’t either install even default WP theme http://prntscr.com/f0qkzl or copy updated version of the xstore theme using FTP because I get error

Response: 553-Can’t open that file: Invalid argument
Response: 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
Error: Critical file transfer error

Please, make sure that it’s possible to copy files into wp-content/themes/ directory using FTP and then reply back. We need to update theme to version 3.12 but I can’t.

Hi Olga,

I have 1gb of space, i have deleted some unnecessary files from ftp. If you are unable to load please replace existing theme.
