    Hi,

I’m having problems with my installation of XStore. I started this site a while ago, and now when I go back to finish it some things seems to be broken. I have updated everything (except WooCommerce) and I’m still having issues. I tried disabling all my plugins (except for Redux Framework and XStore Core) and still no luck.

When I go to 8Theme Options, the menus are not right, I can’t see some of the options. Here is a screenshot:

    Admin Area

On the front end, the header loads normally but no other content loads, even tho there is plenty of content there:

I’m not having any issues with my other install of XStore on a separate site. Any ideas? I tried deleting the theme and re-installing – same thing.

for me 8theme options panel works very fine in your site.
Check the screenshot in private content

It should be a cache issue..
hard clear your browser cache and check this.

    NB:
You have inactive plugins which are required by the theme.
    Activate them too.

    Ok. thank you.

The admin area is working fine now, but I’m still seeing the same thing on the homepage. The header is loading but nothing else….

    Any ideaS?

    Some additional information:

the problem is only on the “home” page and the “shop” page. Other pages seem to be fine.

I have not updated WooCommerce yet, as I may use some plugins that have not yet been updated to the new version…

I tried disabling some rows and deactivating some plugins to fix the homepage – nothing has helped….

@lil-redhead-studio your outdated WooCommerce causes this issue.
I’ve deactivated your WooCommerce plugin and your site works fine now.
Check your other forum post and process as explained.

    Hi Amzy,

Well thank you for the reply but what am I supposed to do now? I can’t really run a e-commerce website without WooCommerce! Will updating WooCommerce fix this issue? I haven’t updated yet because some of the plugins I want to use aren’t compatible with new version.

    What do you suggest?

    Hello, @Lil Redhead Studio

You should either update WooCommerce or downgrade theme to version 3.10.1 that is compatible with old version of WC plugin.

    Regards

Ok. Well I do not yet want to upgrade WooCommerce, so can you prove instructions or a .zip file of XStore v3.10.1 so I can downgrade the theme?

    Thanks
    Mike

We have released our latest version 3.12 which is compatible with WC 3.0.4
It’s better updating your all plugins and theme.

There is more at play here than just the theme. As you know, plugin developers are currently working to upgrade their plugins so that they are compatible with the new WooCommerce, but not everything is yet.

My client intends to use some plugins which are critical to the desired function of her website, and those plugins are not yet compatible with the new WooCommerce. So I will not be upgrading WooCommerce until they are – which means I need a version of XStore that is compatible with the old WooCommerce. You have stated that if I downgrade to XStore v3.10.1 it will be compatible. Where can I get this version?

    Hello,

Yes, theme version 3.10.1 is compatible with the old version of WC plugin. You can download full theme package from themeforest and find there not just a new version but also the old one. We included it for those who don’t want to update WC plugin.
