  Hello,

  I wonder why my site had a storefront theme uploaded on my site after giving you my ftp info regarding another support issue ? I also had a wp-snapshots folder containing several backup files of my site without the Snapshot plugin installed ? Why have you done that if I may ask ?

  Hello,

  I’ve checked one of problems with official WC theme – Storefront.
  Because we are able to help only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.
  But I didn’t create any folder. Maybe you had had this plugin before.
