Hello,

I have a problem with my shop.
Firstly, the shop wont show any products, although there they are.. In a shop non-related page the products show up just like they must.
Secondly, can I put the shop as a front page? I tried, but because the products wont show, I cant use it.
And about the language switcher. Could it be smaller (ENG not english language) and is it possible to put it somewhere else? Right now it is randomly right or left. Maybe its possible to put it in header?

Hello,

As I see you are using Polylang plugin for multilingual, but we don’t guarantee full theme compatibility with it. If you want to make your site in different languages use WPML, which is fully compatible with our theme. As for the shop page yes, you can set it as front page.

Hello,

Ok, thanks for the language, but still about the shop as front page – if its possible, why all of my product wont show there? Again – if I put the shop input in another page they appear, but not in the shop page

Hello,

You can change the home page in Dashboard->Settings->Reading->Front page displays. Also, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > set Shop Page.
Also, update theme to the version 3.0.0.1. It’s available on ThemeForest. This version is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0.4 http://prnt.sc/f3la7m.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check your issues.
