We are encountering a very difficult issue.
Please pay close attention to the description that you may understand the problem. I understand you will initially want to say that it is the plugin developers problem, but I assure you, I have thoroughly tested this problem and all sings show it is a Royal theme problem.
The problem is happening with the vapeescapes.com website.
Here is the problem: if you go to our test product https://vapeescapes.com/product/banana-nut-bread-dripper-ejuice/ you will see there are two bottle size choices. The plugin that we are using to display those two bottle size choices is TM Extra Product Options.
The 12ml should be $9.95
The 30ml should be $22.95
But as you can see the prices displayed are the base price $9.95 plus the bottle price we put into the plugin. So for the 12ml it is displaying $9.95 + $9.95 = $19.90 and for the 30ml it is displaying $9.95 + $22.95 = $32.90
This is incorrect.
And like I said, it would appear to be a problem with the TM Extra Product Options plugin. We have gone round and round with Theme Complete to determine the error.
We first thought it might be something to do with the code we have put into the the child theme, so we deactivated the child theme and ran the base Royal theme – the error still occurred.
We then deactivated the Royal theme and used the WordPress Sixteen default theme. The error is no longer happening.
These tests conclusively determine that there is something in the Royal theme that is conflicting with the TM Extra Product Options plugin we use to display the two bottle sizes.
Can you please help me figure out what code is causing this problem? I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Mike
