Home rotator isn't showing-Product pages galleries aren't working-Footer issue

We moved the dev site to another server because of server issues. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please use login below to make updates and below is my original email with dev url updates.

We are currently using woothemes for our clients site. I just renew the support on theme forest.

We have a live site here:

The live site is working well.

The issue we are having is with the Dev site found here:
http://westminster.dodtest.com/

The problem with the DEV site is the homepage rotator is missing (not showing) and on the product pages all the galleries are not working properly.

1 more issue is the footer is not going full width. The live site this works fine.

Also I just updated the them to the latest on themeforest and that didn’t fix it.
