White Screen of Death - by danprihantoro

    Hi, I upload the theme v3.5 and I get white screen of death. I already disable all of the active plugins, and when I try to activate the Redux Framework, it broke my site. How to fix it since the Redux Framework is required in this theme. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Please, provide me temporary access to your Dashboard and also FTP access.
    I’ll check what is the reason of this issue.

    Hello,

    1) Provide also access to your WP Dashboard with link to your site.
    2) I did not find wp installation in the directory that I have FTP access to. Make sure, that you gave me FTP access to the right directory.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, I can see only empty directory.

    Please, check the FTP credentials from your side and then provide me the correct one.

    Why it defferent here? It listed many files in ‘Filename’ section. I login with the same account with yours.

    Hello,

    Now we can see the folders, thanks. Could you, please, activate XStore, XStore child and default WP themes for the network in network settings. Because you have created multisite and gave me limited access and I can’t switch between themes or install required plugins.

    I don’t know what are you doing with my site. It become really slow and totally broke. I already restore the installation and it still slow. Please fix it without doing unnecessary thing! Thanks.

    Dear, danprihantoro,

    To help you we need access to some options that are not available for the WP user that you created for us.
    XStore theme has a list of required plugins and Redux Framework is one of them http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . But this plugin gives error once we enable it, so we need to switch to default WP theme first but it’s not available in Appearance > Themes http://prntscr.com/dyv5br
    Also, we need to Install required plugins but our WP user does not have option to install plugins.
    Besides, I would ask you to disable cache plugin until we fix the issue with your installation.
    Please, install default theme and enable it for the network, disable cache plugin. We want to solve the problem ASAP but these moments don’t allow us to make it fast.
    Waiting for your reply and hope for your understanding.

    I already make your account with super-admin enable several days ago, why you still have no option to install plugin or theme? Just now, I try to use login with your account, and I can do what I want with that account, dude, I can install ‘Twenty Seventeen’ with that account, and more. Why you can’t? It same account 😐

    Already disable the cache plugin.

    I don’t know why you have different access permission with same account. I provide the login detail again.

    When, I try to activate the Xstore 3.6 with child theme and Redux Framework, I got this notice

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare remove_demo() (previously declared in /home/serbanik/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/sample/sample-config.php:2382) in /home/serbanik/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/theme-options.php on line 2169

    I have the latest version of active plugins and themes.

    You need to activate the theme firstly.
